Tara Hereford

Tara Hereford serves as the Human Resource Manager at The Center for Community Solutions. Tara manages benefits administration and employee relations/engagement and helps create a supportive work environment for the entire team. She has human resources experience in early childhood education, long-term care, and K-12 education. While working in Early Childhood Education, Tara implemented a teacher training program, which assisted in the staff development of staff aspiring to become Lead Teachers. This program helped promote 17 teachers and enhanced the childcare center's Step Up To Quality standards. Tara graduated from Collinwood High School.
