Taneisha Fair
I am pleased to announce that The Center for Community Solutions is appointing Taneisha Fair to the role of Research Associate, effective January 1, 2022.
Taneisha works in Community Solution’s Cleveland, Ohio office and collaborates with the organization’s consulting clients. She is a skilled facilitator and has collaborated with government agencies, community organizers, and nonprofit service providers. Her current work also includes a focus on issues of racial equity and inclusion.

Taneisha joined Community Solutions in 2020, after having worked at United Way of Greater Cleveland in the 211 program, starting as a Community Resource Specialist, where she assisted callers gain access to community resources. She then joined the 211 Accountable Health Communities (AHC) pilot, funded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. As a specialist for AHC, she helped MetroHealth patients navigate the social safety net and provided advocacy and follow up for high-risk individuals.
Taneisha has a BA from Kent State University in interpersonal communication, with a minor in nonprofit management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Public Administration in Cleveland State University’s Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs and a Law degree from Cleveland Marshall School of Law.
