In collaboration with the Center for Community Solutions, Akron Children's Hospital is conducting a community health needs assessment (CHNA) focused on issues impacting the health and well-being of children within a 12-county footprint. We need your help! Those who join and are confirmed to be from the region who fully participate in the focus group can receive a gift card.
If you are a parent or caregiver of at least one child under age 18 and live in one of the counties listed below, please join us for one of three virtual discussions. All events are free, but advance registration is required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
