The new year brings a few changes to Community Solutions’ team.
Kyle Thompson has been promoted to Policy Associate. During his first year at Community Solutions, Kyle has built his skills and expertise, especially in areas related to behavioral health and the impact of technology on health and social services. He will continue to be a key member of the policy team assigned to the Columbus office. Congrats Kyle!
Taneisha Fair moved from the Research team to the Community Impact team and has taken the role of Associate, Racial Equity. Community Solutions’ internal and external work on issues related to equity, inclusion, and belonging are at an inflection point. The need to propel this work by adding staff capacity to focus on these matters aligns perfectly with Taneisha’s areas of interest. We, and the community, will continue to benefit from her facilitation strengths and she will help make connections both inside and outside the organization. Congrats Taneisha!Jason Kluk-Barany joined Community Solutions as External Affairs Associate in December. Jason will work very closely with our President & CEO and Community Solutions’ Board, managing contracts and grants, and will expand external relationships. Jason comes to Community Solutions from our partner, the Literacy Cooperative of Greater Cleveland, where he served as Project Associate. At TLC he managed the Board and handled accounts payable and receivables, provided support for the Ohio Workforce Coalition and wrote about workforce development, and analyzed data on the more than 35,000 enrollees in Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Cuyahoga County. Welcome Jason!
