Along with welcoming new board members Aleszu Bajak, Donté Gibbs, and Brie Lusheck, Community Solutions Board of Directors has elected new officers to serve starting in 2025. Community Solutions is grateful for those members who completed their terms in 2024: Tim Ahrens, Genesis Brown, Jenice Contreras, and David Miller. Kyle Miller finished two years of year service as Board Chair, and is now serving in an Emeritus role.
2025 Community Solutions Board Officers
Heather Stoll is the Senior Director, Regional Service with Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland where she leads programmatic services in seven of the eight counties served by the Diocese of Cleveland. A career specialist in nonprofit management strategy and external affairs, Heather has led organization development across a number of nonprofit entities. She spent nearly 30 years with Sisters of Charity before joining Catholic Charities. Heather joined the board in 2020 and served as Board Treasurer before her election as Board Chair.
Dabney Conwell, on the board since 2021, serves as the Executive Director of the Rose Centers for Aging Well, and Vice President of the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging. Dabney also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Case Western Reserve University. She provides leadership for the development, direction, coordination and fiscal operation for all Rose Centers for Aging Well activities. In 2019 she was selected for a Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland Innovation Mission fellowship. She will serve as Board Vice Chair.
Andrea Lyons is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Neighborhood Family Practice. She is responsible for amplifying and marketing the work of Neighborhood Family Practice to increase healthcare access and equity for the populations served by the organization. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Deaconess Foundation and Great Lakes Theater. A board member since 2023, she will serve as Board Vice Chair.
Tana K. Peckham joined the Community Solutions Board in 2021. She is the Chief Strategy Officer for the Cleveland Public Library. She has extensive for-profit and nonprofit marketing experience having worked for both Nestle and American Greetings, as well ideastream, United Way of Greater Cleveland and MOCA Cleveland. Tana will continue in her role as Board Vice Chair.
Jill Paulsen is the Executive Director of Cuyahoga Arts & Culture and has worked at the organization for nearly 12 years. Prior to CAC, she was Program Officer at the Cleveland Foundation and a Fellow at the George Gund Foundation. She has served on the board of the AIDS Funding Collaborative and Care Alliance Health Center. Prior to coming to Cleveland, she had also worked at the Minnesota AIDS Project, now Rainbow Health. She joined the board in 2023; as prior Board Vice Chair, Jill will serve as Board Secretary.
Michael G. Riley joined the Community Solutions board in 2022. He is a member at McDonald Hopkins, working with executives, directors and business owners to negotiate, design and implement incentive compensation programs. Mike also works with professionals and entrepreneurs in compensation, succession planning, and estate planning. He is a past chair of the Board of Directors or Recovery Resources and currently is a Director of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation. He will serve as Board Treasurer.
