2021 AFC Responsive and Targeted Grants announced

Since 1994, the AIDS Funding Collaborative (AFC) has convened multiple funders in collective grantmaking and mobilized nearly $13 million for the HIV response in Cuyahoga County. In its largest grant categories, the AFC awarded $320,000 in grants in October. Six organizations will utilize these funds to support HIV/AIDS-related services and prevention programming.
