Taneisha Fair
Taneisha Fair serves as an Associate, Racial Equity at The Center for Community Solutions. She helps advance DEI both in internal operations and externally through community engagement and develops strategies for the Community and Racial Equity Project. Taneisha previously worked at United Way of Greater Cleveland in the 2-1-1 program helping callers gain access to community resources. She later joined the 2-1-1 Accountable Health Communities pilot serving MetroHealth patients, ultimately providing oversight and training to staff and supporting operations. As part of the Community Solutions' research team, she developed qualitative research expertise and became a skilled and inclusive facilitator. Taneisha has a Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University, and is currently pursuing a dual Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration degree at Cleveland State University. Taneisha serves as Commissioner for the Cleveland Commission on Black Women and Girls. She is a Board Member of Enlightened Solutions, and a member of Cleveland's Mental Health Response Advisory Committee, part of the 2015 Cleveland Division of Police consent decree.
